Class of 1979

My name is Ken Davis. In 1961, I was born in Fort Carson, Colorado. I have two hearing sisters. I became deaf at the young age of 3 while living in Honolulu, Hawaii. I went to the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) in 1966. I graduated from CSDB in 1979. I went to the Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to be a computer technician.

My wife, Cindy Cummings, graduated from Texas School for the Deaf in 1981. We have one son, three daughters, five grandsons, and one granddaughter.

I was an owner of Computer Pro in 2000 for around three years. I was a VP-100 installer for five years. I was a videophone technician for two years. I am a newsman at Deaf Newspaper LLC since September 20, 2002, here in Colorado Springs, Colorado. My website's address is https://deafnewspaper.com. I am also a web designer since 2004.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for making this website a success. I feel honored to have such a talented staff on board and each one of them contribute something unique to this website.

I believe that our CSDBAA will help our Deaf Community for many reasons. Please come and support our CSDBAA. Thanks!
